Name: Bymark
Location: 66 Wellington Street West, Toronto
Cuisine: Canadian

One of my favourite upscale restaurants in Toronto that never disappoints in delivering the best quality food and service is Bymark. Owned by Canadian celebrity chef Mark McEwan, Bymark is located in the heart of Toronto's financial district that serves many Bay Street professionals as well as guests looking for a delicious meal. The restaurant has two floors that separates the dining area from the bar which helps to accommodate diners who want a relaxed and quiet ambiance while they enjoy their dinner. Upstairs in the bar is filled with leather seats and is surrounded by large windows throughout the place which gives it a classy, yet comfortable atmosphere. From both the bar and dining area, the servers are very kind and accommodating, and they make sure all the guests are having an enjoyable dining experience. The Executive Chef at Bymark is Brooke McDougall who ensures all the food going out is of the best quality and taste, and so it is no wonder that Bymark is a popular dining spot among many Professionals and foodies in Toronto.

Hendrick's Gin and Tonic

New Zealand Lamb Rack with Tzatiki sauce ($21)
One of my personal favourites from Bymark's bar menu is the New Zealand Lamb Rack which is a great shareable item for two. The lamb rack is a must have because it doesn't have any gamey taste, which most lambs do at many restaurants, and the meat is very tender and seasoned to perfection.

Lobster Poutine side with Classic Bearnaise ($18)

You can order the Lobster Poutine as a Starter ($28) or as a Side ($18) with your steak. The poutine comes with large pieces of fresh lobster meat topped with a classic Bearnaise sauce which brings all the flavours together beautifully.

1855 Black Angus 10 oz. Striploin ($43)
Bymark never disappoints on their perfectly cooked steaks. This Black Angus Striploin was very tender and juicy, with a nice amount of seasoning. In my opinion as well as Kevin's, Bymark is one of our favourite restaurants for steak.

Cooked perfectly to a nice medium rare.

For those looking for a great deal to enjoy Bymark's food at a low cost, they participate in Toronto's Summerlicious and Winterlicious every year, offering guests a 3 course meal for lunch at $28 or dinner at $45. It's definitely worth checking out if you haven't dined at Bymark and would like to experience a 3 course meal at a fraction of the cost.
