This was my 3rd time visiting Jacobs and it deserves yet another review. Kevin and I were randomly craving delicious steak and so we knew Jacobs would fulfill our mouthwatering cravings! Since it was a last minute decision on a Saturday afternoon, the only time available was around 5 PM at the bar. We didn't mind where we sat, as long as we were able to reserve a seat that day!

The staff at the bar were very friendly and attentive, helping us choose our steaks based on our needs. We were looking for a steak with lots of marbling for a juicy, melt in your mouth texture. I remember the last time we came I ordered their Australian Wagyu and really enjoyed it, so we both ended up ordering the same steak.

 9 oz. Cesconi Pinot Grigio 2013 ($27)
Trentino, Italy

Caesar Salad ($19)

Prepared table side, their Caesar salad never disappoints.

Duck Fat French Fried Potatoes ($14)

We were totally in love with these french fries. Crispy on the outside and full of flavour!

Sauteed Rapini with Anchovy Butter ($15)

The sauteed rapini was very bitter, but we loved how it balanced out the french fries and fatty steak.

7 oz. California Striploin AAco Westholme Wagyu ($112)
Queensland, Australia

We each ordered a 7 oz. Australian Wagyu cooked medium rare. It was incredible! With each bite, you can feel the flow of juices coming out of the meat from all the marbling. If you like your steak extremely juicy (not the oily kind), I highly recommend this steak. I know it's very expensive for 7 oz., but the quality and taste makes it worth it.

We had another great experience at Jacobs, from their amazing food to the wonderful staff. If you're looking for the best steakhouse in Toronto, look no further, Jacobs is the place you'll want to be!
