One place you have to try when visiting Hong Kong is Australia Dairy Co., a Hong Kong style cafe. This cafe has become widely popular for it's scrambled eggs and noodle soup, which are simple dishes yet extremely delicious.

When I visited Hong Kong back in December, Kevin's friend brought us to Australia Dairy because he wanted us to try the best breakfast he had ever tasted. Once we got there, I was surprised to see a long line formed outside the cafe which showed me how popular the place was. Although the line was long, it moved down pretty quick within 25 minutes. 

The cafe was very busy with many servers going around taking peoples orders. Each seat was filled at every table (friends or not) to ensure a fast flow of customers coming in and out.

Kevin's friend highly recommended the scrambled eggs and macaroni with ham in chicken soup from the breakfast set. We ordered the scrambled eggs while Kevin ordered fried eggs.

Less than 5 minutes of placing our orders, our food came out very fast and fresh. . 

Before trying the food I didn't understand the hype because I thought that the eggs would taste like any other breakfast place and that it wouldn't be anything special, but after tasting it I understood why it was popular. The scrambled eggs were very fluffy and the flavour was completely different than what I've been used to, absolutely delicious! The toast was both crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice hint of sweetness. The macaroni chicken soup tasted great and went well with the eggs and toast, making it a perfect combination.

We finished off our meal with a cold lemon tea drink which was refreshingly good.

I was very impressed by the quick service and preparation of food at Australia Dairy, not to mention how great their food tasted. There are no words to describe how delicious the scrambled eggs were, so I highly recommend people to try it for themselves when visiting Hong Kong.
