Izakaya Hana 이자카야 하나

Izakaya Hana is located in Gangnam, Seoul and it is a great place to hang out with some friends over drinks and small dishes of food. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the interior design was nice with decorations of artificial trees, bringing warmth to the bar during the cold winter in Seoul. We ordered several rounds of Asahi beer to drink as we were catching up with my boyfriend's friend. For food we ordered a platter of meat skewers which included chicken, beef, and bacon wrapped mushrooms. There were also garlic and vegetable skewers with a side of salad and an egg yolk with soy sauce for dipping. We also ordered tako wasabi, which is a raw octopus salad with wasabi, and white seafood jjampong. The jjampong was my favourite because the seafood tasted very fresh, the noodles were soft just the way I like it and the broth warmed me up (it was -20 degrees Celsius outside!). I would definitely come back to Izakaya Hana the next time I visit Korea again and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice bar to hang out at with some great food.
